If your Élucidé product doesn’t feel right for you and you’re a first-time customer, simply return it within 30 days of receiving your order for a refund or store credit.

Condition of returns:
To honour our quality standards, returned items must be in their original packaging with at least 80% of the product remaining.

Exchanges:
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll replace it straight away at no cost to you.

Return shipping:
Customers are responsible for return postage unless the product was damaged or incorrect.

How to return:
Use the contact form with your order number and reason for return, and we’ll guide you through the process.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and reviewed, we’ll issue your refund within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.
